Conni's Kitchen Earthy,funny and full of great hints and practical Tips Recipes-March 2009 from Conni’s Kitchen Cucumber Salad Ingredients: ½ C Plain Yogurt, ½ tsp. Curry Powder, ½ tsp. Salt, 3 C. Sliced (1/4 inch thick) Cucumbers. Preparation: In a bowl, combine Yogurt, Curry Powder and Salt. Mix thoroughly. Add Cucumbers and toss gently until cucumber slices are well coated. Chill at least one hour before serving. Special Note: Use firm, medium size cucumbers for best results. Recipe from: Chic Vogt Washington, USA Chicken Teriyaki (serves 4) Ingredients: Two Chicken Fryers (about 2 ½ lbs. Each), ¾ C. Soy Sauce, 1/2 C. Medium Dry Sherry, 3 T. Sliced Ginger Root. Cooking Instructions: Combine Soy Sauce, Sherry and Ginger Root in a small bowl. Cut Chicken into smaller pieces, pour sauce over the chicken and place in a sealable container. Refrigerate for 4 hours, shaking the container each hour to re-coat all the chicken pieces thoroughly. Place pieces of chicken on a broiling pan. Broil, turning pieces frequently and basting with marinate until done. Keep those recipes coming in. Have your healthy recipe posted on our website. “Bon Appetite” |

| Brief Background History. Colintonwigglys was initiated by James Smith of Colinton in Edinburgh Scotland. His wealth of experience and knowledge has been obtained through education and working in various fields of health care and environment. James restructured an award winning local golf course in Kuwait where he had previously worked for many years as manager of the dental laboratories for the Kuwait Oil Company and was awarded by the local community for his achievements, as well as working with the local business community sponsored by the British Embassy Consular office dealing in health care. He also developed a computer program of re-learning for stroke/brain traumatic injury patients which was recognized by the State of Washington in the U.S. He also established an in-home care business whilst in the U.S.. James is also involved with environmental issues, both local, national and international. |

Conni originally is from the USA and is now residing in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her influence coupled with her great enthusiasm and former university background in business coupled with her previous sales experience, continually introduces a new and exciting dimension within Colintonwigglys. Conni is very keen about anything environmental, as well as good healthy eating habits and family.
