| Conni's Kitchen Earthy,funny and full of great hints and practical Tips December/January Recipe 2008-09 from Conni’s Kitchen A unique recipe for those who don’t care for the bread or corn stuffing recipes. Roasted Turkey (serves 10-15) Ingredients: Natural Fresh Turkey (8-10 lbs.). 2 Tbs. Salt, 2 small Onions (coarsely chopped), 2 Carrots (chopped into 1 inch pieces), 3 Celery stalks (cut into 2 Preparation: Wash the Turkey well and then drain off any excess water. Rub the Turkey inside and out with the Salt. Stuff the Turkey with the Vegetables inside the Turkey. Use a Turkey Roaster with a lid. Spray the roaster with a non-stick spray, then place the Turkey in the roaster with the breast side facing the bottom. Cover and put in a Pre-Heated Oven (325% Fahrenheit) Oven for 4-5 hours. Remove from oven and set aside for 15 minutes before carving and serving. Recipe from :Recipe from :Anne Marie Ruckdaschel Boscobel, Wisconsin USA Favorite Banana Bread Ingredients: 2 C. Ripe Bananas (mashed), 3 Eggs, ½ C. Sunflower Oil, ½ C. Orange Juice, 1 ¾ C. Sugar, 3 C. Flour, 1 tsp. Salt, 2 tsp. Baking Soda, 2 tsp. Baking Powder, 1 C. Walnuts (chopped). Cooking Instructions: Mix all ingredients, except for Walnuts, in a blender until well blended. Stir in chopped Walnuts. Spray 3 medium sized loaf pans with not-stick spray and pour equal amounts of batter into each pan. Make in Pre- Heated 350% Fahrenheit Oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean when stuck into center of each loaf pan. Keep those recipes coming in . | Brief Background History. Colintonwigglys was initiated by James Smith of Colinton in Edinburgh Scotland. His wealth of experience and knowledge has been obtained through education and working in various fields of health care and environment. James restructured an award winning local golf course in Kuwait where he had previously worked for many years as manager of the dental laboratories for the Kuwait Oil Company and was awarded by the local community for his achievements, as well as working with the local business community sponsored by the British Embassy Consular office dealing in health care. He also developed a computer program of re-learning for stroke/brain traumatic injury patients which was recognized by the State of Washington in the U.S. He also established an in-home care business whilst in the U.S.. James is also involved with environmental issues, both local, national and international. |

Conni originally is from the USA and is now residing in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her influence coupled with her great enthusiasm and former university background in business coupled with her previous sales experience, continually introduces a new and exciting dimension within Colintonwigglys. Conni is very keen about anything environmental, as well as good healthy eating habits and family.
